Strategically located in one of the main arteries of the Panamanian capital, the Metropolitan Tower building has been designed taking into account the latest innovations in technology, architecture, communications and design.
Calle 50 has direct accessibility to the main avenues and highways and the banking area of Panama. The building is located in front of Harry Strunz Park, in the luxurious urbanization of Obarrio.
The design of the building, by Arango Arquitectos, is characterized by free floors, without columns, giving the monolithic structure an effect of lightness and timelessness. The structure is formed by truncated pyramids and the facade is covered by antisun glass.
Metropolitan Tower has 6 elevators, a load elevator and an air conditioning system based on energy efficiency. On the 36th floor of the tower are the 'Sky Suites' and the 38th floor has a gym and rooms for social events or conventions. The building also incorporates a deposit area, one for private parking and another parking for visitors.
The offices are easy to divide, from 667 to 1,115 square meters. The plants are 100 percent free of columns, which maximizes the space for visits. The building is designed with a matrix of modules of 1.50 meters to optimize the spacing of modular furniture and with a modulation of 1.50 meters in the window spans for the efficient distribution of offices.
